Google’s page rank doesn’t involve money or any kind of payment to deliver the first page result for the usual organic search, that’s entirely up to the quality of the site presence according to a search algorithm. Actually, any result placement is up to the site’s quality. That’s why every business is competing from its own strengths to the same placement.
